Board of Regents Support Fund Enhancement Program [Fiscal Year 2009-2010]
Guidelines for the Submission of Traditional and Undergraduate Enhancement Proposals

The Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2009-2010 Enhancement Submission is available on the Board of Regents' (BoR) Website at
http://web.laregents.org/2009/08/31/board-of-regents-support-fund-rfps-for-2009-10/ .

Important Deadlines:

  • Monday, September 21 - Notice of Intent to Submit due to Academic Affairs (see below for form).
  • Monday, October 5 - Full draft proposal must be loaded in LSU's Sponsored Program System (SPS). Make sure to do the following when loading:
    1. Select Board of Regents (BoR) as the 'Sponsor Code' ;
    2. Select ENH as the 'Program Code' ; and
    3. grant Jeannine Kahn access to proposal via 'Proposal Access Mgmt.'

    Note: Proposals will have to be uploaded as .pdf attachments.

  • Monday, October 26 by 5:00 p.m. - Proposals must be submitted through LOGAN and one (1) paper original and seven (7) copies delivered to the BoR. Instructions on how to submit through LOGAN are pending. OSP and OAA will forward instructions to all PIs who have submitted a Notice of Intent to Submit once the BoR releases this information.
  • Please note that the BoR deadline of October 26 for submission through LOGAN and the delivery of copies on the same date means all ENH proposal must be finalized and submitted through LOGAN before October 26 in order to allow PIs sufficient time to:
    1. retrieve the coversheet generated by LOGAN and signed by OSP;
    2. obtain their deans’ signatures;
    3. make copies; and
    4. deliver to the BoR by 5:00 p.m. on October 26. PIs ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY OF PAPER ORIGINAL AND COPIES.
